Return Policy
Please ensure you double check your order prior to making payment as all purchases are final. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges once you have placed your order and change your mind. If you are unsure about something please contact us so we may answer any questions/concerns you may have prior to making a purchase.
Incorrect Order Received:
As soon as your parcel arrives please double check that you have received the correct products. If you have received a product you did not order contact us immediately at contact@sparknstyle.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Including photos/videos with your email of the incorrect products received will assist in speeding up the process.
Defective Order Received:
Should there be a manufacturing defect with the product please contact us at contact@sparknstyle.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel explaining the issue so we can look into it. In order to speed up the process please attach photos/videos to illustrate the defect.
Replacements/Refunds (if approved):
Orders that have been reported to us within 7 days as being incorrect or defective may be approved for a replacement or refund. Should your order be approved for a replacement we will notify you on the next steps. Should your order be approved for a refund we will send you a notification once we have processed it from our side. It may take up to 10 to 15 business days for the credit card company and bank to process it and for the funds to reflect in your account.
